Recommendations
“I have been very fortunate to work with and learn from Jimmie over the last few years. A growth entrepreneur and product leader with a nose for what the user wants, Jimmie is a rare talent who understands the importance of user research and also the importance of pushing beyond user research boundaries to innovate continuously. Jimmie is also a rare blend of technology, growth, marketing and product management. I am very honored to be writing this recommendation for Jimmie and would recommend him for product and growth leadership roles.”
“A great product manager can connect their gut instinct with concrete metrics while maintaining relationships. Jimmie has a track-record of connecting his gut, abstract customer feedback and company goals into a metrics-driven roadmap that can be used to justify prioritization and explain the why behind each initiative. At EasyPost, he came into an organization focused on Enterprise and laid the foundation for a strong SMB strategy while helping everyone, from executive to individual contributor, understand what was important and how to measure success.”
Project One
Builds software to support our ability to find great Residents for our apartments. Your team covers the journey of marketing to new potential Residents, all the way to having them sign the lease. A lot of the software you build is for our internal Leasing Operations team, who receive bonuses based on the number of leases they sign.
Project Two
Early Education providers love to share what’s working well for their schools with other providers. Parents are constantly asking their providers to adopt technology that helps them stay more connected with their children throughout the day. Word of mouth continues to be a large source of how new schools make their way to our product.
We’d like to explore productizing this word of mouth and determine if a referral program makes sense for our customers and our business. Help us explore a few options for what this could look like. What’s the opportunity? Is it worth pursuing? How can we structure a low cost test to validate our assumptions?
Project Three
Create and prioritize a feature roadmap with the goal of increasing monthly recurring revenue for a company that helps merchants sell on Amazon. Also, outline the resources and processes needed to effectively action against your roadmap.
Project Four
Prepare a proposal for a logistics company that wants to make it easier for merchants to remove products from fulfillment centers via a self-service experience.
Project Five
Prepare a brief to increase total revenue of a messaging app by displaying an offer to users on a regular cadence.
